This is a static tool page. There are no accounts, no registration, and no server storing your content.

Data stays in page memory

What you enter (facts, timeline, materials) lives only in the current browser page's memory and is never uploaded to any server. Closing or refreshing the page clears page memory, unless you used one of the on-device saves below.

The two on-device saves (on your own device, never uploaded)

• Draft: your last draft is stored in browser local storage (plaintext, not encrypted). Use "Delete local draft" to clear it.
• Tracking records: saved only if you check "Save tracking records on this device". Turning it off deletes the local records.

Do not enter full ID numbers, receipt numbers, or Social Security numbers.

Voice input

Speech-to-text uses the browser's built-in speech recognition; audio may be processed by the browser vendor. On-device transcription has not been verified. Use text input for sensitive content.

Visit counting

We count page visits with GoatCounter, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It records only the page address, the referring site and the campaign tag (?ref=), plus overall browser, screen-size and country totals; your IP address is not stored. Nothing you type into the tool is ever sent. To keep your own visits out of the count, open any page once with ?nocount=1.

Outbound links

Links to VerifyCites, BAILII, CanLII, and court sites follow those sites' own rules once you open them. This page does not send your input to them (except content you enter on their sites yourself).

This tool only organizes; it does not give tailored legal conclusions. It is not a lawyer, does not provide legal advice, and cannot replace a lawyer's judgment.

Not reviewed by a lawyer

This tool's product form has not yet been reviewed by a practicing lawyer.

Statutes and cases are indexes

The statute library and case library are indexes. Listing does not mean an entry applies to your case. Check the current version; cases must be checked for existence and current validity, and support and applicability are for a lawyer to judge.

Your responsibilities

You confirm what you enter. Before filing, check jurisdiction, format, deadlines, and evidence. A lawyer's review and signature are the lawyer's own responsibility. A self-representation draft may be filed by you after your own check, at your responsibility; some types still require a lawyer or authorized representative.

Fees

Core checks (fact organizing, echo, handoff pack, breakpoint check, action list) are free. Subscriptions cover only future add-on services, not yet live, and never turn legally necessary core checks into a paywall.

Accuracy

Statute and case information may be out of date or incomplete; this tool does not guarantee error-free output. Consequences of using this tool are yours, subject to applicable law.

This site has no automatic AI legal consultation; the tool only organizes and does not give targeted legal conclusions. For human help, email chaselyjun@gmail.com. If you send your pack for a human look, do so voluntarily and redact it yourself; do not include ID numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive personal information in the email.
